You can use our online booking system via our website, phone or email.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made by cash or cheque on delivery/collect, you can pay in advance online when making your booking or by a bacs transfer before delivery/collection.

What happens if the weather turns bad?

You can call us and discuss your booking if the weather is bad on your hire date. Some of our castles come complete with a shower cover (which also acts as a sun shade). In light rain the castle can be towel dried and you can continue to bounce. If the forecast is for heavy rain then you are advised to cancel the booking with absolutely no penalty.

But we do hold the right to cancel due to bad weather conditions (i.e. very high winds above 24mph).

Do you deliver, set up and dismantle the bouncy castle?

Yes we do deliver our bouncy castles, please check you postcode for delivery charges but you do have the choice to collect from us if you would like. Please allow time for us to setup and dismantle when booking.

When can I hire a bouncy castle?

Our castles are available for hire 7 days a week and available overnight for an additional cost.

How big does my garden have to be and what surface is best?

Our castles require a flat grass area if they are used outdoors, clear of all obstacles. The size depends on the size of castle you are ordering and we require additional space, all sizes and space needed are specified within the details of each bouncy castle.

Do I need to keep the blower going?

Yes please as this keeps the bouncy castle inflated. However, if there is a change in the weather and it becomes very windy then simply switch off the castle and wait for it to deflate.

Do you provide me with safety/operating instructions?

Each castle comes with written safety instructions. You will also be asked to sign a hire agreement which has all of our terms and conditions listed. You are of course expected to comply to these safety guidelines and terms and conditions throughout the duration of the hire of the bouncy castle.

Can adults use the bouncy castle?

Most of our castles are for the use of children only. We do have a few castles that are suitable for adult use please specify this when booking.
